Youth Movement

A youth movement is any attempt to organize individual young people into a unified identity. According to one organization, "A growing number of organizations and individuals are calling for a worldwide youth movement, built around information technology, political and social action, and other platforms."[ There are a seemingly infinite number of youth movements, both historical and contemporary in nature.
Youth movement "Uprising" was established in 2006. in Bosnia and Herzegovina as organization that promotes patriotism and fights against nationalism. The main idea of organization was to overcome ethnic hate between bosniaks, Croats and Serbs, and to try to promote solution: Bosnian-Herzegovinian nationYouth is an important developmental period described in, most psychological theories of human development from Sigmund Freud's theory of psychosexual development, Carl Jung, and in particular Erik Erikson.
Youth service refers to non-military, intensive engagement of young people in organized activity that contributes to the local, national, or world community. Youth service is widely recognized and valued by society, with minimal or no compensation to the server. Youth service also provides opportunities for reflection (e.g. an organization where young people are recruited, offered leadership opportunities, participate in activities that improve the community, and are trained and mentored).
Youth development or adolescent development is the process through which adolescents (alternately called youth or young adults) acquire the cognitive, social, and emotional skills and abilities required to navigate life. The experience of adolescence varies for every youth: culture, gender, and socioeconomic class are important influences on development. This development occurs throughout a young person's life, including formal and informal settings such as home, church, or school; and similar relationships, such as peer friendships, work, parenting, teaching, or mentoring.Youth empowerment is an attitudinal, structural, and cultural process whereby young people gain the ability, authority, and agency to make decisions and implement change in their own lives and the lives of other people, including youth and adultsYouth empowerment is often addressed as a gateway to intergenerational equity, civic engagement and democracy building. Many local, state, provincial, regional, national, and international government agencies and nonprofit community-based organizations provide programs centered on youth empowerment. Activities involved therein may focus on youth-led media, youth rights, youth councils, youth activism, youth involvement in community decision-making, and other methods.
